The Board of Trustees has embarked on a project aimed at improving the community, transparency, and overall members satisfaction. This project focuses on gathering input, optimizing resources, and enhancing community facilities.
1. Window Blinds
The 2021 – 2023 Board of Trustees’ goal is to upgrade and modernize the window blinds for HOA office and BOT office, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functionality for guests, new members, and current members of the community. This project aims to improve energy efficiency, privacy, and comfort of our offices.
2. Renovation of Clubhouse and Pool
We are excited to share this comprehensive renovation project aimed at revitalizing our clubhouse, repainting community facilities, and renovating the swimming pool. This initiative is designed to enhance the community experience and provide a welcoming environment for all renters and residents.
3. Shoot That Bottle Campaign
“Recycle Right: Give Your Bottle a New Life!”
Help us promoting our recycling initiative focused on bottles! This HOA-led campaign aims to educate our community on the importance of recycling and how properly disposing of bottles can significantly reduce waste and protect our environment. To those members who participated, we thank you for your commitment to sustainability!
4. Repaint of Post Street and BLK-LOT Signage Project
This street renovation project aims to improve visibility, enhance aesthetics, and ensure clear navigation for all residents and visitors.
We encourage all residents to provide their feedback and suggestions during our upcoming community meeting. The Board will be sharing progress updates and inviting resident participation in upcoming meetings. Together, we aim to create a vibrant and well-managed community for all!
